Evaluations are 1 hour and allow for assessment and development of a plan of care for your specific needs. Treatment sessions are scheduled based on medical necessity and your goals. These sessions typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour. Those with vertigo typically have an average of 2-3 sessions total while those with balance difficulties or orthopedic injuries have an average of 6-12 visits.

You do not need a physician referral for PT in the state of Massachusetts, it is recommended that you obtain one prior to your visit. Medicare patients are required to have an order in hand or faxed to 833-200-5055.

I accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Tricare and insurance plans with out of network benefits. I am happy to provide my pricing should you chose to pay out of pocket. My rates are lower than average to improve access to care.
