I accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Tricare and insurance plans with out of network benefits. I am happy to provide my pricing should you chose to pay out of pocket. My rates are lower than average to improve access to care.

If you choose to pay out of pocket, payment can be made by cash, card or check prior to services being provided. A superbill can be provided, that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
